How to pay an order

Convenient way to pay: online or upon receiving. Wholesale orders ship on a pre-pay, individual terms for regulars.

Individuals

• Pay cash on receiving. Courier gives a receipt.
• Pay by card on receiving. When ordering specify that you want to pay by card – the delivery service will send a courier with a terminal.
• Online: by card, e-money etc. When ordering select “pay online” method. Payment is made through Sberbank PJSC using bank cards of payment systems MIR, VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide, JCB.

Legal entities

On Invoice

• We will contact you within 24 hours after placing the order.
• We will ship your order within 1-3 days after payment.

If you are a legal entity and order for the first time. The first order will require a package of documents. We recommend that you prepare them in advance so that we can invoice and ship the goods more quickly.

List of Documents

For organisations

• Scanned copy of a State registration certificate.
• Scanned copy of tax registration certificate.
• Scanned copy of power of attorney to act and sign documents on behalf of the company.
• All documents must have a round seal and signature of the manager.the head.

For Individual Entrepreneur

• Scanned passport copy (1-2 pages, residence permit)
• Scanned copy of a State registration certificate.
• Scanned copy of tax registration certificate.
