1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

The current Personal Data Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) works with the following terms: “Site Administration of the online shop (hereinafter referred to as Site Administration)”. This is the name given to the person representing the organisation whose responsibility it is to manage the website, i.e. to organise and/or process the personal data submitted to it. In order to perform these duties, they must clearly understand why the information is being processed, what information is to be processed, what actions (operations) are to be performed with the received information
“Personal data” is information that relates directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (also referred to as a personal data subject).
“Personal data processing” means any operation (action) or set of operations that the Administration performs with personal data. Personal data may be collected, recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated (if necessary, updated or amended), retrieved, used, transferred (distributed, made available, accessed), anonymised, blocked, deleted or even destroyed. These operations (actions) can be carried out either automatically or manually
“Confidentiality of personal data” means the mandatory requirement for the Operator or another person working with the User’s data to keep the information received confidential and not to disclose it to outsiders, if the User who provided the personal data has not expressed his consent and there is no legitimate reason for disclosure.
“User of the website of the Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as User)” means a person who has visited the website of the Online Shop and who uses its programmes and items.
“Cookies” is a short piece of data sent by a web browser or a web client to a web server in an HTTP request whenever the User tries to open a page of the online shop. The fragment is stored on the User’s computer An “IP address” is the unique network address of a node in a TCP/IP computer network.

2. GENERAL TERMS

By browsing the Online Shop’s website and using its programmes and items, you automatically agree to the Privacy Policy adopted there, which implies that the User submits personal data for processing.
If the User does not accept the existing Privacy Policy, the User must leave the Online shop.
The Privacy Policy applies only to the website of the Online Shop. If the User accesses third-party resources via links on the letter’s website, the Online shop shall not be liable for their actions
It is not the responsibility of the Site Administration to verify the accuracy of the personal data which the User has chosen to provide by accepting the Privacy Policy.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

Due to the current Privacy Policy, the Administration of the Online Shop is obliged not to disclose personal data provided by users registering on the site or placing an order to purchase items, and to ensure the absolute confidentiality of such data.
2. In order to submit personal data, the User fills in the electronic forms located on the website of the online shop. The personal data of the User to be processed are
surname, first name and patronymic;
– contact telephone number;
– email address (e-mail);
– the address where the purchased goods are to be delivered;
– the User’s residential address.
3. The data automatically transmitted when viewing adverts and visiting pages with statistical system scripts (pixels) installed on them is protected by the online shop. Here is a list of this data:
IP address;
information from cookies;
Browser information (or any other programme through which advertisements are displayed);
The time of your visit to the site;
The address of the page containing the adverts;
the referrer (address of the previous page).
4. Deactivating cookies may result inability to access parts of the Online shop requiring authorisation.
5. The online shop collects statistics on the IP addresses of all visitors. This information is needed to identify and solve technical problems and to check whether financial payments are legitimate.
6. Any other personal information (such as when and what purchases were made, which browser was used, which operating system was installed, etc.) which has not been agreed to above shall be securely stored and not disseminated. The existing Privacy Policy provides an exception for the cases described in clauses. 5.2 и 5.3.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

The User’s personal data is collected by the Online Shop Administration in order to :
Identify the User who has completed the registration procedure on the website of the Online Shop in order to place an order and/or purchase goods from this shop remotely.
Allow the User to access the personalised resources of this website.
Establish feedback with the User, which means, in particular, sending enquiries and notices relating to the use of the Webshop website, processing user requests and applications and the provision of other services.
Identify the User’s location to ensure payment security and prevent fraud.
Confirm that the data provided by the User is complete and correct.
Create an account to make Purchases, if the User has expressed a wish to do so.
Notify the User’status of order in the online shop.
Process and receive payments, confirm tax or tax exemptions, dispute a payment, and determine whether it is appropriate to grant a particular User a credit line.
Provide the User with the fastest possible solution to problems encountered when using the Online Shop, through effective customer and technical support.
To inform Users in a timely manner about item’s updates, unique offers, new price lists, news about the activities of the Webshop or its partners and other information, if the User agrees to it.
Advertise items from Online shop if the User agrees to do so.
Provide the User with access to Online shop’s websites or services, thereby helping the User to receive items, updates and services.

5. HOW AND WHEN TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION

There is no time limit on the processing of the User’s personal data. Processing may be carried out in any manner permitted by law. In particular, by means of personal data information systems that may be maintained automatically or without means of automation.
Personal data of the User processed by the Site Administration can be passed to third parties, which include courier services, postal and telecommunication operators. This is done to fulfil User’s order placed at the online shop and to deliver the goods to the address. The User’s consent to such a transfer is stipulated by the rules of the site’s policy.
Personal data processed by the Site Administration may also be transferred to public authorities of the Russian Federation, if this is done due to the law and in the manner prescribed by Russian law.
If personal data is lost or disclosed, the User is notified by the Site Administration.
All actions of the Site Administration are aimed at preventing third parties from accessing the User’s personal data (except for clauses 5.2, 5.3). The latter shall not have access to this information, even accidentally, so that they do not destroy it, modify and block it, copy and distribute it, as well as perform other unlawful actions. The Administration has a range of organisational and technical measures to protect user data.
If personal data is lost or disclosed, the Site Administration, together with the User, is ready to take all possible measures to prevent losses and other negative consequences caused by this situation.

6. PARTIES’ OBLIGATIONS

The responsibilities of the User include:

Use of the information obtained only for the purposes set out in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

Personal data will be blocked as soon as the User or their legal representative requests it. The right to request the blocking is also granted to the one authorised to protect the rights of the User who has provided the Administration with the data for the period of verification, in the event that the personal data provided is unreliable or unlawful.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

If the Site Administration fails to fulfil its obligations and, as a consequence, losses incurred by the User due to misuse of the information provided by the User, the User shall be held liable. This is, in particular, stated by Russian legislation. The current Privacy Policy makes an exception for the cases reflected in clauses. 5.2, 5.3 и 7.2.
However, there are a number of cases where the Site Administration is not responsible if user data is lost or disclosed. This happens when they are:
Turned into the public domain before they were lost or disclosed.
Were provided by third parties before they were received by the Site Administration.
Disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. PARTY LIABILITY

If the User is dissatisfied with the actions of the Online Shop Administration and intends to assert its rights in court, before filing a claim, it is obligatory to submit a claim (in writing offering to resolve the conflict voluntarily).
The Administration shall, within 30 calendar days of receipt of a complaint, notify the User in writing of its consideration and actions taken.
If the two parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to a court where it must be dealt with in accordance with current Russian law.
The Privacy Policy regulates the relationship between the User and the Administration of the website in accordance with applicable Russian law.

8. Liability of the Parties

The website administration has the right to change the current Privacy Policy without asking for the User’s consent.
The new Privacy Policy shall come into force when the information about it has been posted on the website of the Online Shop, unless the amended Policy implies a different posting option.
