Arrange a return of quality goods:
Due to order 4, article 26.1 Russian Federation Law “Consumer Rights Protection Act” No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 (hereinafter the Consumer Rights Protection Act).” Consumer has a right to reject the goods at any time before their handover. The deadline for returning goods of proper quality is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the item has retained its marketable appearance, consumer properties, and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods. The absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase does not deprive the consumer of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from a given seller.
Goods of proper quality cannot be exchanged:
Individually identifiable goods, if these goods can be used solely by the customer purchasing them.
Return and exchange of defective goods:
The conditions for the exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality are regulated in Articles 18-24 of the Consumer Protection Act.
A substandard product is defined as a product that is faulty (defective) and cannot fulfil its functional qualities.
The appearance and completeness of the goods as well as the completeness of the entire order must be checked by the recipient at the time of delivery.
If you have received goods of inadequate quality and it was not previously agreed by the seller, you are entitled to use the provisions of Art. 18 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
Due to the peculiarities of distance selling, replacement can only be made by returning the goods in improper quality and placing a new order for similar goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract, return the goods of inadequate quality and demand a refund of the money paid for the goods.
Any of these claims must be made in writing by you by filling in an application or by submitting a written claim in advance. Claims for refund of the amount paid for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 10 days from the date of submission of the relevant claim (Article 22 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act).

This service is available for residents of cities where logistics services deliver by courier.
The service is only available for returns of goods of improper quality.
The courier will deliver the goods free of charge. An exception is when the return is combined with delivery of the goods, in this case the total order amount including deducted items to be returned must be at least the minimum order amount for free delivery. If you wish to return an item from a previous delivery, you must contact our operators in advance by calling the numbers listed on the website.
Returning goods to the pick-up point
The customer may return the goods to the pick-up point (warehouse) on his/her own by contacting the operators in advance to clarify the situation and to create the return bill.
Return of goods by DPD
When the customer rejects the goods of satisfactory quality and the goods are delivered to the transportation company, the seller shall return the amount of money paid by the customer under the order, except for the costs of delivery of goods of satisfactory quality to the customer and the costs of delivery of such returned goods from the customer to the seller.
The money will be returned to the customer once the goods have been returned to the warehouse of our online shop. Please keep the transport voucher of the DPD until the situation is completely resolved.
Refunds to the Customer can be made in two ways:
Cash payment: Possible for returns via courier service or pick-up points. The Customer receives the cash refund upon presenting of an identification document (passport or any other document substituting it) and an application form, a sample of which will be provided to the Customer.
Electronic settlement: Money will be refunded once the goods have been returned to the stock of our online shop. Please keep the delivery note until the situation is completely resolved.
Refunds of the transferred money are credited to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
